Oyster Mushroom

Here's the deal. If you haven't had oyster mushrooms before, you should fix that right now. Sliced in rounds they become very scallop, but lengthwise they add a wonderful texture to almost any meal. They go particularly well with flavors like ponzu, but feel free to experiment. A favorite of ours is to sautee them and eat them with mushy peas and garlic.
