Organic Broccoli

Broccoli is basically our swiss army knife vegetable at ELM. When we roast it, we can add it to almost anything. Not only that, but it's great for you. It's full of fiber, and has a ton of sulforaphane. Soo... Basically, keep it in your fridge all the time and cook it as often as you can!
